Christmas 2007

Well Christmas just gets better the older the kids get. This year Oli got the concept of opening presents. He doesnt get yet why two days later Sam gets to open more!

We had lunch at home George St, with our parents Val and Roger, Mike and Ngaire. Then in the afternoon we all went around to Amanda and Matts. Nice to have a big Christmas. All pretty chaotic with all the kids high on sugar and presents.

Our highlight was of course the trampoline (which now has its sides up, dont ask!), and the lovely deserts that Jess made. Good day all round really!!

Camping at Tepapakanga - Firth of Thames

Went out camping at Tepapakanga. Thought we would suss out the Splore Festival site and help get the kids used to camping.

Olis 3rd Bday - 20th January 2008

Day started at home opening some presents...Then went to GreyLynn Park. Always good to entertain the kids with a park, playground and pool. Call me a lazy host!
Started to rain mid afaternoon so we all came back home and had some drinks and impromptu bbq. Good day all round. Oli had been waiting for his birthday for so long!!
